Hi, Saturday i make an order and i pay first payment. Then i spoke with a lady to confirm My details and that’s it. Don’t Tell me nothing if i receive My order or not.

@Adina191 So you’ve ordered a device and paid the upfront cost. The device still need to be shipped to you and you’ll receive a tracking number once a device has been allocated to you. You only ordered Saturday and there is nothing saying you’ll will get it next day or today.

@Adina191 , You have not said what device you ordered, which @Christopher_G requested, as there are many different makes.

You will receive notification the evening before delivery and one on the day of delivery with a one hour window from DPD, you can download the app and keep an eye on it, but make sure you register with the same details you have with EE, such as email/mobile number and address.

Hi, sorry but i have a problem again. I spoke 10 min ago with somebody on EE and she Tell me i will not get My money back only a cec. I don’t want a cec because i don’t Pay with cec and to go to a store. What store and Why ???? EE are very unserious!!!!

@Adina191 , You must not put any personal details, including order number here, you will have to speak to customer service, as there is nothing that can be done here in the forum, this is a public forum, no access to accounts.

If product is sent to your address and no-one is there to receive it, it will go back to EE and you should then receive a refund, but it is up to you to contact EE and cancel. Worth trying at different times contacting EE, as it also depends whether they are busy at that time, I have not waited more than 20 minutes, usually a lot less, best to try early in the morning.
