I ordered a headphone accessory for xbox 8 days ago, got confirmationof order, spoke to agent 2 days ago who said item has not been picked yet. None of my other orders have taken this long, how long should I wait

The white model for the Xbox is currently showing 'Out of stock now - Available to order. Expect dispatch within 14 days to you or your local EE store on the EE Shop. The black model is showing not available with no expected delivery time.
