Hello, what're the documents needed to order for phones online?

@Lisa225 You go to the shop area and place and order. There are no documents needed to do this and if customer services need to speak with you you’ll receive an email requesting you to call them.

Am not talking about shop but online, I'm so busy and what the necessary details needed to order phone online?

To place an order online you won't need to upload any documents, if we need any further details we will contact you and ask you to get in touch.

If the order is accepted, DPD will require proof of ID when they deliver the phone.
