      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, I’m wondering if anyone can help me. I am due an upgrade and everytime I go online and choose a phone! It says sorry there are no suitable plans available.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;i am able to view all plans when I’m not logged in though! I also can’t speak to anyone online because the chat doesn’t become available. And I can call because my speaker is bust on my phone &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":grinning_face_with_sweat:"&gt;😅&lt;/span&gt; hence why I really need this upgrade &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":rolling_on_the_floor_laughing:"&gt;🤣&lt;/span&gt; please can someone help with what I’m doing wrong &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":crossed_fingers:"&gt;🤞🏽&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;That link isn’t helpful. It just takes me to the screen where I need to phone but my speaker is broke so I can’t. I need the live chat option so I can do it over that&lt;/P&gt;</description>
