I placed an order online yesterday which was Sunday and it said one working day dispatch will this only be despatched today with it being a weekend when I ordered it

Welcome to the community,

You will receive notification from DPD the evening before delivery and on the day of delivery another notification with a one hour window. You can keep an eye on this by downloading the DPD app and making sure it has the email address and address you have with EE when registering with DPD.

@Jules406 , you will have to ring EE customer service, as they will not send the product to you as they are needing more information before making the decision.

It’s not a new contract it’s an upgrade on a current contract
