If it was a SIM card, then EE just send them out by second class post, if on the other hand, it is a product, once it is ready for shipment, you will receive notification the evening before and another one on the day with a one hour window from DPD.</P><P>Do you have the DPD app? So long as you used the same email address and delivery address as the one with EE, you can keep a look-out from there.
