Hi. I waited today for a message from DPD regarding the delivery or what ever message from the EE team whether my delivery will be picked up today in the store I gave, but unfortunately I have no messages. The first deposit money has not returned either. So my question is whether I have to wait for the message regarding the shipment or for the money back to my account.

@PawelP646 whether you’re your delivery will be picked up in the store ? What is it a delivery to store or is something being picked up from a store.

If you have an item being delivered to a store you will not get any messages from DPD as you are not the receiver of the item the store is, the store will contact you once your item is there to be picked up.
