I went on my ee app and it said i could upgrade early so i did and i’ve had the email saying thank you for your order but can’t track the order

i upgraded from my sim only to an iphone 13 pro max yesterday online and i got an email with an order number saying thank you for your order and ive just had a text saying welcome to your new essential plan, so ive gone onto myee app and im on my new plan but still not received the phone and tracking says cant show me any information what should i do

Thanks for coming to the community.

Have you downloaded the DPD app and use the email address you registered at checkout and the postcode, to see if they have deliveries scheduled?

I just did yeah and they have received my phone, thank you for telling me to do this or else i would have been worrying for nothing!!
