my order was supposed to arrive today with DPD but it didn't arrive, I chatted with someone from them and their answer was that they didn't have the complete address, can you help me with this and maybe manage to tell them to do the delivery tomorrow because during the week there is no one at home after 4:00 p.m.? Thanks.

@Dan64 You’ll have to call customer services about your order as this public forum doesn’t have access to your account let alone what you have ordered.

I'm sorry there was a problem with your delivery. If you speak to our Mobile Care team, they'll be able to check the order and run through some delivery options with you.
