I have ordered the new Xbox series x console as a bundle that could we with 2 years Ultimate game pass, how ever the console have come but the bundle code for the ultimate pass is not in the box and I’ve checked and I have not had a email with it in, has anyone else had this issue and did EE Help or am I completely wrong ???

You will receive a text message with a redemption link for the Game Pass Ultimate 14 days after your receive your Xbox.
