I’ve just had my brand new iPhone 13 pro max delivered by DPD and I can pull the lid of with the packaging still sealed. Shouldn’t the box be sealed? The phone can easily drop out the box as the lid is not sealed/secure.
ive not opened the packing as the phone could of been damaged in transit.
I’ve had many phone delivered after purchasing online so I’m unsure why the box is not sealed?

@Chris19732 Have a look at the device to see if it’s damaged if you don’t want to do that then you need to call customer services and tell them you don’t want it so it can be arranged to be returned. The box should not of the cellophane taken off it.
