Hey,

I ordered the iPhone 13 pro max gold 128GB on Friday 22/07/22 and still no despatch update. It says expect despatch in 7 days on the website but I have had no details sent over to me. Please can someone look into this. Thank you

Yes I did, I received an email with the order details on Friday when I ordered it

Please allow up to seven days for your order to be dispatched.

You'll receive a text from DPD with tracking details as soon as your delivery slot is scheduled. (Usually before 8pm the day before delivery)

@Chris_B I have… and also live chat two times. They all told me different things so this community thing was the next best thing to try.. so anyone who actually works at EE can you advise please?

Once your order has been dispatched DPD will be in touch with tracking details for the delivery.

If you would like information on the order, you would need to call us on 150 and the team can get this checked for you.
