Hi I ordered the iPhone 13 pro max 7 days ago sat awaiting delivery and day back order what does this mean

Welcome to the community,

As soon as EE are able to deliver the phone to you, you will receive notification from DPD the evening before delivery and another one on the day of delivery. You can keep an eye on it by downloading the DPD app and registering with the same email/mobile number and address you have with EE.

If order is on back order, then it is also on a first come first serve delivery order.

How long does this normally take until I'll receive the phone

@Andrearead29 , you would have to ring customer service, they may have an idea, as this is a public forum and most of us, who reply to help people are customers too. It will also depend whether they EE have the phone or when they get new stock and how many before you are waiting for the phone.
