Paid for a package and not recieved confirmation

I have paid for a package and the money has been taken out of my bank however i didn’t receive confirmation email, i refreshed the page and it took me back too ‘pay now’ when i have already paid?

Has it actually been debited from your bank a/c or is it just marked "Pending"? If it's "Pending" EE haven't yet taken it.

I have purchased an iphone 12 contract deal on the website but never got a confirmation receipt my order has been placed. But the money has been deducted from my bank.

I placed the order last night around 11.30pm,

I phone 12

12.0mp

6.1”

in the colour black.

Not sure if this is the model/size just it is just in the description.
