I paid for a early upgrade, EE had not entered my flat number and DPD still delivered my phone somewhere random and said it’s been signed by concierge(which I don’t have). The picture is obviously not of phone box and DPD are saying I have to go through EE and EE are saying I have to go through DPD.
I have a photo of the delivery and it is obviously not a phone or delivered to me! DPD also can’t contact the driver or tell me where it’s been delivered!? EE ARE SAYING THERES NOTHING THEY CAN DO!!!???!!

I have been going around in circles since Friday trying to get someone to take responsibility for it with no such luck.

This is a similar scenario to any online purchase, where it's incumbent on the retailer to provide delivery to your address.

Whilst it can often be easier & quicker to contact delivery agents yourself, ultimately it's EE's responsibility to manage the delivery process.

There may be time delay before which they cannot log a missing delivery, though.
