I’m in the process of upgrading and whilst ordering it says no upfront fee for the phone, however, when it comes to checking out there is an up front fee of £50.00 am I missing something??

Is the £50.00 a device cost or an early upgrade fee?

If the device has an upfront cost, this would need to paid, as this is different to an upgrade fee.

It shows that the upfront cost should be 0.00 but it appears added as 50.00 upfront when I try to check out. I don’t have an early upgrade fee to pay
