Upgrade order not completing!

I have chosen my upgrade phone and plan, click on basket, go through extras. insurance comes up and doesn't give me the option to chose any ( i currently don't have insurance, but i'd like the chance to look at it again! ) and then when i click on next, it goes to 'shop phones, sims and deals' !!!

HELP!

I have been incredibly busy the last month, and finally had time to sit down and sort out a new phone and now this! having had a nightmare trying to even get to the upgrade page!

despite coming out and going back in/re-ordering several times and it not working ... i post this message .. logged back in and it re-ordered fine !!!

problem solved !!! HAHAHA!
