Why init taking so long just for an iPhone 11 to be dispatched, i know its only been a week but I've never normally waited so long for a phone to arrive, but for it not to have even been dispatched or updated at all seems strange, Thank you

iPhone 11 64GB Green

I'm not sure of the model, thats all I can see on my order confirmation unless I'm not looking the right place 😀

This model is currently showing 'Usually despatched within 14 days'

Once your order has been dispatched you will get a text/email from DPD with tracking details to arrange delivery.
