Hi. i have ordered online an Iphone 13 pro max 2 days ago and now have found a better deal and want to cancel order but cannot contact you and cannot cancel the order, how do i cancel it online ? any advice on that ?

i have order number in my email .

How do I cancel if I've had my contract less than 14 days and signed up online or over the phone?

If you signed up to your plan online or over the phone:

fill in this cancellation form
email it to channel.returns@ee.co.uk or post it to:

ive sent and email with filled cancellation form and have had no response since.

then yesterday i received message while was at work that today i will get my phone and it will be delivered by DPD . so should i take phone and just reprint the cancellation form and send it back ? or should i just not take the phone from courier and say i have requested a cancellation on this item . ?? any advice on this please 🙂

Hi @JCRS.

If you don't take in the phone it will be returned to EE and a return will be processed.
