Smashed Tv from add to plan

I ordered an LG tv and it came yesterday with the screen smashed. I can’t get through to speak to someone to return it and get it replaced???

@Taylorxx You’ll have to wait until customer services get round to your call. You’ll not the only one calling.

I did they picked up the tv and sent another. The new tv is also smashed!! I understand these things happen but I’ve already waited in 2 days for it to be collect then a new one dropped off. To now have to do it again!
