I ordered a Samsung s20fe in blue last Tuesday but I’ve had nothing but the confirmation email, an email with my order number, a welcome to we email and a letter in the post with my dd details. The order number doesn’t work in the tracker. Any ideas?

@altinertia that order number is just an order number it’s not a tracking number. It might be best to call customer services about this as I would’ve thought you would’ve received it at least by yesterday.

Ohh, okay. The order tracker really shouldn’t be asking for an order number then should it?

Have you downloaded the DPD app and entered the email/mobile number you used for updates, to see if they have any deliveries scheduled?
