New SIM card delivery

I ordered a new SIM card with new number last Saturday.

I've got an email written that dispatched on Sunday, but it still not deliver.

I know it's bank holiday on Thursday and Friday.

May I know can I pop to any EE store to get my SIM card in case it didn't come on Saturday?

@HiToby was this for PAYG or a contract? If it was for a contract sim you can not do that. If it was for a PAYG you can purchase one from a store with a pack.
