    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.ee.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/2802667"&gt;@kaitsb&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;You can not track with an order number that’s exactly what it is an order number, &amp;nbsp;once a device has been allocated to you you’ll then receive a tracking number you’ll also get a notification that the device will be delivered the next day and you’ll also get a notification on the day of delivery with a time slot from DPD.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Download the DPD app and use the same email address you use with EE to create an account and you’ll get better tracking but only once you get a tracking number will you be able to track&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Good morning,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i ordered my iPhone 13 in pink on the 22nd of may, and I have tried to track my order with the reference number or order number from the email, but then I had paid my bill through my current phone on Tuesday the 31st and I had spoke with a customer service team member and we had ordered my phone because it hadn’t went through, I was told my phone would be with me by yesterday and I’ve had no text or email about any update or if dpd even have my phone and again I have tried to track my device using the track but it’s saying the same thing over and over.. is there anything I can do to track my parcel??&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
