house number missing off address label

DPD wont deliver my parcel because EE havent printed my house number on the address lavel, has anyone else had this issue and how was it resolved ? My local DPD seem insistent that they wont just add the house number on themselves, driving me crazy

Have you tried altering the address in the DPD app?

If you're unable to do this, try giving our Customer Care team a call.

But everyway to contact is over phone and i have no phone ! I need a phone for work, im self employed, who do i complain to over this absolutely terrible service ?
