Website advises next day delivery, now showing back order?

Anyone got any ideas on this one?!

Ordered a second line yesterday and the website advised the iPhone 13 Pro Max in Graphite 128GB was in stock and will be dispatched within 24 hours, I've ordered it and It's 24 hours later and no email text other than the initial sales email, so I tracked the order and it advises added to back order?! Website still showing the phone is in stock and ready to dispatch within 24 hours!?

Help!

The current delivery guidance for that model is 'usually dispatched within 7 days'. If you'd prefer to switch to a model that is available for immediate dispatch, please get in touch on 150.
