New phone

Hi.

My new phone was due to be delivered today but I've received a text from DPD stating 'sorry we missed you etc'. I've been in all day, no one attempted to deliver to my house and the photograph on the delivery details is NOT my house. The address is correct on my order details from EE.

If they attempt to redeliver tomorrow I'm concerned they will simply return to the wrong address again.

Any advise would be appreciated. I can't seem to contact DPD.

Thanks for that.

DPD have now confirmed that EE have given them an incomplete address (house number is missing). Now updated. Phone will be with me by Thursday hopefully.
