I ordered an iPhone 13 yesterday and I have received an email confirmation. However, the order tracking isn't showing my orders status.

@astar400 Have you received a tracking number this isn’t the number that starts with an XKO or an XKN as this is an order number not a tracking number.

I have only received an order number so far, I placed the order yesterday at 8.37pm

Which model iPhone 13, including size and colour did you order?

Have you downloaded the DPD app and entered the email/mobile number you used for updates, to see if they have any deliveries scheduled?
