Hi, I received an email from the EE Retail Recruitment Team on Tuesday inviting me to complete the video and written assessment for my job application. However, I haven't received an assessment link, either in the email or separately.

I've replied to the original email and submitted a query through the contact us page, but haven't received a response. The email states that shortlisting will be finalised soon, and I'm concerned about missing the opportunity to progress my application through no fault of my own.

Could someone please advise how I can contact the recruitment team or get the assessment link sent to me?

Welcome to the community and congratulations on getting to the next stage of interview.

If you log into your profile on our EE Careers site, you should be able to track your application there. There's also a webform on there where you can submit a query, if you don't find what you need.
