I spoke to Hamza based in Glasgow at the call centre this evening (at around 7 and then again at 8.30pm) to try and find the earliest broadband install date for my new home as I'd left it terribly late before move-in. He went above and beyond to try and find an answer for me and help me with my request, even when it transpired an alternative option was better for me. He was a pleasure to speak to and a credit to the team.

If there is anyone monitoring this who would be able to give this feedback about him to the relevant team or his supervisors, I'd really appreciate this!
