I've always received excellent advice from all your employees and so I phoned you on behalf of my daughter, so I could arrange for someone to contact her about a Broadband package, I spoke to Tak and today I want to say a huge thank you to him, he talked my daughter through a new broadband contract, she said he was kind and so patient with her and explained everything simply and in detail.

I can't begin to say how relieved and grateful I am, I feel he went above and beyond to help her. It meant so much to both of us. Thank you
