Fantastic experience at EE Bon Accord Aberdeen.

I tried to change from Giffgaff to EE online but things went wrong. I made an appointment at the above EE store to attend at 1200 on Sunday 19th July 2026. I arrived early by 15 minutes but was attended to straight away by a lovely gentleman who i am ashamed to say, i did not get his name. After a considerable amount of time and patience, because of the complications i had caused online, everything was sorted out. I was also advised correctly to a plan that has definitely worked out a lot better than the one i did online. I must have cancelled the feedback form that was sent to me but i would love this feedback to get back to him. Having worked as a Civil Servant for nearly 40 yrs, customers were told where to write complaints but never where to write brilliant customer service to. This did change thank goodness. I would love this feedback to get back to the lovely gentleman and to say that everything is working beautifully, thanks to him.
