HUGE THANKS TO HAROON AT FOSSE PARK LEICESTER SHOP

My wife and I went to the Fosse Park leicester EE shop. We got there quite late cos of work and traffic to get to the store. When we got to the shop Haroon welcomed us and asked if we needed help with anything. We told him that we came to upgrade my iPhone 15 contract to an iPhone 17 contract so we could give our daughter my iPhone 15 cos she had broke her old phone. Haroon ask us if both my wife and I wanted to upgrade cos her contract was also up in July 2026. Haroon then gave us a few options that would really be good for us and he explained everything in great details and he always asked us if we understood everything he said and even made jokes too and he so many times made us feel so welcomed. Even after the deals he spoke to us about he still looked around for deals that save us more money on our monthly payments He advised us on this great deal that included an upgrade iPhone 17 contracts for both my wife and I and also a iPhone 16 Se for my daughter who was so over the moon . The deal he found for us saved us £20 monthly more than the contracts we already had with EE that were good too . That Thursday was the day of the World Cup kick off and because we arrived so late we had gone over the shop closure time but still Haroon made sure that it was all about us as customers 1st, even when we felt bad because it had gone over shop closure time Haroon was still happy to continue and he gave us such a good deal. I honestly want EE to recognise Haroon from the Fosse Park Leicester shop for the great way he helped my wife, my daughter and I leave the shop with such amazing deals. the whole time we were there he always made it about us always listening , finding options for us explaining everything when we didn't understand. I also want to thank the manager of the Fosse Park Leicester shop because he also was there and just like Haroon he also made it more important about us as customers than the going over the closure time of the shop. This is the reason why I have been with EE for 17 years because of their customer care and wanting to always go and beyond to give customers the great deals they can have. Haroon GOD BLESS YOU BRO.

So Haroon THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR AMAZING DEAL on Thursday 11 June 2026. I really want the managers of EE to know how great of a person you are.
