Is it possible that delivery drivers are

jamming my ring doorbell 4 when a parcels are

delivered?

when the postman delivers anything the doorbell

works fine,

@Bluesriff7 , could be that the delivery drivers are not ringing your doorbell, so that may be why it is not ringing, I have had that, some do and some do not.

Can you see them approach in the Live View? Maybe they just leave the parcel w/out ringing.

Why are you expecting a BT SH2? EE don't send them out.

Ring door bell is not recording any video

of the delivery drivers , when I walk towards

the ring door bell it records a video.

i have got a Bt smart hub 2 they never changed it

when I switched over from BT to EE broadband.

@Bluesriff7 have you set it up to record people coming to the door, such as delivery? I would suggest checking the settings to make sure you have it set up correctly, just in case something has changed somewhere along the line.

Also if it is the ring doorbell where you have to pay a subscription, make sure that is correct, as it will not keep the recordings.

You may want to contact the company as well, as they may be able to help you.
