I would like to send positive feedback for a member of staff called Amy. I believe she assisted me from the tech/app issue department. I have been with EE for many years and unfortunately another staff member messed up my contract when I wanted to upgrade and ended up leaving me with multiple issues that I wasn’t even aware of as he assured me he did everything I asked which was untrue. Amy notified me of the issues and also resolved them for me as well as assisting with my initial app issue. Thanks so much Amy you made my day a little better than it was and saved me from further unnecessary stress so thanks so much and I hope you get the recognition you deserve
