I would like to praise EE and the customer service agent I just dealt with. I work in the customer service business with Ford and Kia as a customer service advisor so naturally I realise how important reviews are.
If someone could point me in the right direction as all I can see is to make a complaint. Thank you in advance.

I’m not keen to share their name and where they work publicly but they deserve something personally for the great service.
