I rang EE and got through to Bella in Doncaster. She explained the current situation with the local fault and asked me how I was staying connected. She was really personable and caring. Anyway a few minutes later my phone rang and it was Bella calling to let me know that the service was back up and running. She rebooted my router remotely and stayed on the line to make sure I was connected.
