To Louie, You helped me with setting up my new broadband & sim packages. Just wanted to say you deserve a raise for how great you are & I hope you continue to enjoy singing whenever you can. I will not forget this quickly since you were a HUGE help with all of this, I spent weeks looking before you helped. Thank you so much, it means more than you'll believe.
