I want to send a Big shout out to David this morning for providing brilliant customer service, his great technical skills and more over patience to help me resolve my issue. It was a long slog, an hour conversation but he persevered and kept coming up with different solutions to help resolve my issue. After many tries, it eventually came down to a simple fix we both laughed about. David certainly a credit to the EE technical team and you're very lucky to have him. Thank you again David.
