Yes. I was asked if I wanted a transcript then the chat was deleted with no response

Welcome to the community!

I'm sorry you weren't able to receive a chat transcript when your session ended. You're able to request your personal data, including chat transcripts, using the link @Northerner provided. Please note that chat transcripts are only stored for 12 months. After that, they’re permanently deleted and no longer available.

Thanks but finally got EE to speak to me with promise of sending them. Apparently takes 24hrs.

@Dia11 just click on the link I have posted and continue writing in that thread, we cannot do anything about your transcripts though, as this is a public forum with no account access.

You also have a short while to edit your post rather than writing several posts in the same thread.

Sorry but there are no instructions for this connection. I sent one question and was waiting for EE to respond for 2 days. They now tell me they will answer me in a month.
