In spite of some comments i have seen regarding poor access to EE Guides, I must say that I have never had a problem talking to them. Yes, I have had to wait up to 10 minutes to get access, but what is 10 minutes?

I have always found them pleasant and very helpful to talk to. My latest discussion with a Guide from Newcastle was easy andmore helpful than I anticipated.

Tha k you Newcastle (Liverpool was very helpful recently, also). 11/10 🙂

@Peterb7121 , thank you for letting us know, we could do with more customers saying this, rather than all the complaints about contacting customer service, this is really refreshing, as I have also always found them helpful without a long wait, people are just too impatient and expect someone to answer their calls straight away when they could be busy with other customers. Thank you.
