Feedback for a great support agent

Hi! I hope everyone is well.

I just wanted to provide positive feedback about the customer service agent I spoke with today. Ben in Richmond, Surrey, helped me renegotiate my contract, dealing with my thousands of questions and doing his best to get an extremely competitive deal for me (which I didn't take, despite his hard work!).

Just fantastic to talk with Ben today and I couldn't find another way to share this. 🙂
