I want to pass along my thanks to two members of your team.

Yesterday, I spoke with a gentleman named Steve, and today I talked to Isabel. Both went the extra mile in helping me with my query.

They were excellent—very helpful, patient, and guided me through everything clearly. It was obvious that they truly care about their work and put the customer first.

I really appreciate the support I received and hope this message is shared with them so they know how grateful I am.
