Carys from the call centre - what can I say, so helpful, so polite and a pleasure to deal with.

Carys took my call and was unable to resolve the issue straight away she booked me a call back to check to see if issue resolved and unfortunately it could it be. Her professionalism was amazing and even though a resolution could not be found straight away she had suggestions and gave me the call me link should I need help later this week.

Please make sure she is recognised as people like her in customer service roles are rare.
