Feedback for in store staff member

Hi,

Myself and a friend visited an EE store on tuesday, her to upgrade her mobile phone and me to upgrade my apple watch. We were incredibly impressed with the EE guide we had as he was patient, he had answers to every question and he was the most helpful guide i’ve ever spoken to being completely honest! Usually after a visit you would receive a text message to fill out a survey to give feedback, however neither me or my friend received this. I just wanted to ask how i would go about giving compliments to the guide where he would receive recognition? Any help is appreciated, thank you ◡̈

I can certainly pass this onto the store to make sure the guide gets to know how brilliant they have been when you visited and helped you both upgrade 🙂

Hi,
Thank you for your response.
The guide was called Danny and he was at the metrocentre, gateshead store.
He was absolutely brilliant, incredibly helpful and got us both upgraded incredibly easily. I did end up having an issue with my watch upgrade due to the safe being broken however he went above and beyond to get me the info i needed to then sort this out.
