I would like to leave a review for a member of your team the wonderful lady was called Dina in customer service she went beyond my expectations and was so so polite , helpful and bubbly and she is an asset to your team and there should be more the follow on her footsteps can’t say how great and nice it was

I had a conversation with Anthony this morning about my 90yr old mother's contract / phone. He was absolutely fantastic, so helpful and polite. Sorted everything out. He is a credit to your company . I am one very happy customer. Thank you Anthony.

Hi. I would like to say a thank you to EE as I costume they have always helped me with every need.. Today I had a lovely call with a member of staff called Bethnay ' she helped me with all my needs and we had a personal conversation as well she took the time to listen and so did i for her.. Bethnay if you read this the music videos omg !. Bethnay I wish you all the best.. merry Christmas too all..

I would also like to say thanks to Abs, have not recieved a survey yet and wanted him to get the recognition deserved.

We went into merry hill today around 1PM to try and get some stuff sorted before our honeymoon. Abs was very friendly and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed before we left.

20 out of 10 for everything, been with EE for years and staff members like this are a big part of the reason why!
