Hi, my daughter had problems with her phone and our employee caller was Connor. He was fantastic, he had stellar communication and was very knowledgeable about the problem and sought ways to resolve it (something with the sim card and network).

He made the experience very easy and was efficient, his customer service is ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
