Deadlock Letter

EE have sent me a deadlock letter which is factually incorrect. When challenged they are refusing to amend the letter as apparently these can’t be changed.
So in essence they want me to present a factually incorrect letter to the ombudsman as fact.
How can they get away with this. They miss sold me. They lied. Now they present a letter which is incorrect and I have no choice but to subject as their facts.

@Wilkslee Once it’s issued it’s issued. Would you care to give information about this issue? You say miss sold but give no information on why you think that, they lied but again no information on that. And the only reply I can give is did you read the contract and T&Cs of said contract before you agreed to honour said contract over the duration of that contract.

Is the deadlock letter provided, sufficient for you to refer to external arbitration? If so, do so - and then include the alleged inaccuracy in your grounds for complaint.

The Ombudsman is independent.

When signing up questioned multiple times and they confirmed that TNT was part of my plan. Turns out it wasn’t

Then lied and broke promises multiple times until resolved.
Have recorded conversation of what actually happened but deadlock letter reflects something different

@Wilkslee Who recorded that conversation? If it was you and you didn’t inform the person you were speaking with that you was recording the conversation you can’t use that recording.
