I wanted to leave positive feedback for Simon from Swansea, who assisted me this morning. As a first-line support staff member at EE, Simon was incredibly attentive and patient as he listened to my queries regarding the latest phone and my complex situation with mobile SIMs and broadband issues. He provided excellent support and helped me find the best solution. I truly appreciated his professionalism and dedication in ensuring everything was sorted out!
