Good morning, I wish to pass a compliment over to a person in the tech support department called Simon in Doncaster, I think. I have been having issues with an app on the EETV and various calls did not resolve it. However on the third call I got Simon, who solved the issue in about in 15 minutes! Thank you Simon from Doncaster, please pass the message to him as he dealt with a frustrated customer (me!). It was on 12/02/2025 at 1141hrs
