I hope this email finds you well.

The reason for making contact is in the hope that, you may be able to assist in an upcoming charity event that is being held at Hartley Wintney golf club on 17th April 2025. This is in memory of my Dad Michael Davies who sadly passed away from cancer in April 2022.
This will be our third event, both previous events have had a huge success and raised £3,118 in 2023 and £5,734 in 2024 for Phyllis Tuckwell from an auction held in the evening.
I am currently reaching out to as many people as possible, to receive donations for this years auction (this can be for anything your able to offer) and wondered if this is something you’ll be able to help me with?

A little bit about Phyllis Tuckwell
Phyllis Tuckwell provide a range of free services to ensure that adult patients and families living with advanced or terminal illness (such as cancer, heart, lung or neurological disease) can make the most of their lives……because every day is precious. Phyllis Tuckwell usually only get around 20% of their funding from the NHS/ Government and their work is reliant on voluntary donations.
